How it works

Battle Pass runs in seasons. You buy a pass for the season at the club's reception, and it's added to your ggLeap account. Play on paid time to earn XP, climb the levels and collect rewards. A new season means a new pass, and XP starts again from zero. You can see the season's track, with all its levels and rewards, even without a pass.

• Paid minutes of play on the club's PCs after you buy the pass. The season sets how much XP a minute is worth, and each club zone (PC Zone, Bootcamp, VIP) has its own multiplier.
• Time you bought before the pass counts too, as long as you play on it after buying the pass.
• These earn no XP: free or bonus time, PlayStation, and play before you buy the pass. A time pack that's already running when you buy the pass also earns no XP until you first log in to the site.
• Your XP grows while you play: the site counts it minute by minute for every paid session, and the home page shows “Active session”. The exact number arrives once the session ends, usually a few minutes after you log off the PC. If your play earned no XP, the site tells you why.

• Every level has its own XP threshold. Reach it and the reward is yours. You can collect it right away, without leaving the game. There are enough rewards for everyone.
• On the track, a level is marked “Ready” when you can collect its reward, and “Collected” once you've collected it.
• Any change during a season is only ever in your favour: thresholds can be lowered, levels added and deadlines extended.

• Game time and coins: use the “Collect” button on the site. Confirm, and they appear on your ggLeap account, usually within a few minutes. You can also collect them at reception.
• Everything else: at reception. Tell the staff your username; they'll see what you're owed and hand it over. No QR code and no collection code.
• You can collect rewards until the date set for the season. You'll find it on the track and on the Rewards page.

You can return the pass at reception as long as you haven't collected any of the season's rewards. If you return it, you lose that season's XP.

• Log in with your ggLeap username and password. There's no separate sign-up.
• Signed up with the QR code (Google, Apple, Facebook)? Set a password with the password reset on ggLeap or at reception. There's a hint next to the password field.
• You stay logged in for up to 7 days, but if you don't open the site for 24 hours, you'll need to log in again.

The site stores your ggLeap username, the address of your ggLeap photo (only the staff at reception see the photo itself), and the play and purchase history it counts your XP from. It doesn't store your email or phone number. You can ask at reception to have your data deleted.
