Battle Pass
Battle Pass terms
These terms apply from the moment you buy the pass. You can read them before buying, on this page.
Who runs the programme
Battle Pass is run by eDAST Gaming, s.r.o. (the Cyber Empire club), company ID (IČO) 17851882, Na Florenci 1332/23, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1. Contact: info@cyberempire.cz, +420 775 146 366.
Who can take part
Any club customer with a ggLeap account. How we handle data is described on the “Privacy” page.
What Battle Pass is
A paid pass for one season. You buy it at the club's reception, and it is valid only for the season it was sold for. You need a new pass for each new season, and every season starts from zero XP. The season's end date and the deadline for collecting rewards are shown on the site; ask at reception for the price of the pass.
Account
You sign in to the site with your club ggLeap account; there is no separate registration. At club PCs where automatic sign-in is switched on, your account on the site is created and signed in automatically when you sign in to ggLeap.
How XP is earned
- XP is earned for paid play time on the club's PCs after you buy the pass. How much XP a minute gives depends on the season's rate and on the club zone the PC is in.
- No XP is earned for packs priced at 0 Kč (including hours received as a reward), for time bought with ggLeap coins, for play on PlayStation, or for play before you buy the pass.
- If you started a time pack before buying the pass, minutes from it may earn no XP until the site receives the record of the pass purchase from ggLeap.
- XP for play usually appears a few minutes after you leave the PC. While you play, the site shows a provisional count. The final count comes from the club's system and is sometimes adjusted after the daily check.
- A session that crosses a season boundary is split: each part counts towards its own season.
XP rate and levels during a season
- The club may raise the XP rate, including zone multipliers, for example during a promotion.
- The club may lower the rate only for one of two reasons: to correct an error in the settings or in how the system works, or at the end of a temporary increase announced in advance.
- A new rate applies from the moment it changes: a session is counted at the rate in force when the session ends. XP already credited does not change, except for corrections (see below).
- Every change of the rate is recorded. On request we will show you when and how it changed.
- After a season starts, level thresholds can only be lowered, levels only added, and season dates only extended.
Levels and rewards
- Everyone who reaches a level gets that level's reward.
- You collect game time and coins yourself with the “Collect” button; they are added to your ggLeap account. Other rewards are handed out at reception: just tell staff your username.
- Game time and coins for a level reached during play can be collected straight away, without ending the session: before crediting, the site checks the count with the club's system. Other rewards for such a level are handed out at reception.
- A season's rewards can be claimed until the date shown on the site. After that date the season's rewards are no longer handed out.
- Game time and coins, once credited, cannot be cancelled.
Returning the pass
- You can return the pass at reception as long as you have not received any reward of the season. If staff cancelled a reward hand-out at reception, returning the pass becomes possible again. Collected game time and coins cannot be cancelled, so once you have collected them, the pass can no longer be returned.
- After a return, access to the season closes and the season's XP is cancelled. If the pass was sold by mistake and the right one was sold within 24 hours, the XP stays.
- As a rule, the club does not refund play time once at least one minute of it has been played. If a pack is nonetheless refunded or exchanged, the XP for the minutes played stays.
- These are the club's voluntary rules. They do not limit your statutory rights if the service was defective.
Corrections
If XP was credited wrongly (too much or too little), the club will correct it and the correction will appear in your XP history. Rewards not yet received for levels you no longer reach after the correction are locked. You keep rewards you have already received. If you disagree with a correction, write to us (see “Complaints and disputes”).
Site availability
The site gets the data about your play from the club's ggLeap system. If that system is unavailable, your progress and rewards may update late; nothing is lost. The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or a fault.
Complaints and disputes
If XP or a reward was credited wrongly, or anything else went wrong, speak to the club's reception or write to info@cyberempire.cz. We will deal with your complaint and tell you the outcome within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot agree, you can use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), coi.gov.cz. These terms are governed by Czech law. They do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to the terms
We announce changes on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes in your favour apply immediately. Changes that are not in your favour do not affect a pass already bought until the end of its season. Version dated 28 October 2026.
